Tenant Fees


 Potential tenants should be advised that in addition to the rent the following charges apply.

A non-refundable reservation deposit
Normally equivalent to one week's rent.
Pre-Tenancy Costs £180.00 (including VAT)
Preparation of the tenancy agreement, reference applications and other tenancy administration costs.

Security Deposit
 Normally equivalent to six week's rent.
During the Tenancy
Change of Tenant (if requested by tenant and approved by landlord) £120.00 (including VAT)

End of Tenancy
Tenants are responsible for paying for a professional clean and Inventory Check Out upon ending a tenancy.

Inventory Check-Out: 
Starting from approximately £120.00 (including VAT) for a studio apartment 
(costs will increase based on the number of bedrooms and level of furnishing)

* Please note that utility bills are also the responsibility of the tenant.
